I am a woman of integrity who loves people. I am optimistic and spread positivity wherever I go. Looking professional is a attribute I strive for daily. My appearance represents my confidence and belief in my professional abilities. My passion is building people up so they can evolve into the best version of themselves. In my position as a HR Manager I developed interpersonal skills, verbal communication, and people skills. As a Life Coach, I have mastered great listening, positive guiding, patience and understanding.When my son suddenly passed in 2021 it birth the “ I can do anything” spirit inside of me. I lead with love, compassion, and understanding for others instead of judgement. Instead of me giving up on life, I persevered. As a result, became the founder of the non-profit organization B.I.R.T.H.My job, passion, and life experiences have made me into the woman I am today. As a woman of integrity who is optimistic, a good listener, understanding, and tenacious. You can not lose by hiring me.

Tarsha has experienced divorce, rejection, the loss of a child, low self-esteem, and a negative mindset. However, Tarsha has successfully learned how to navigate through her struggles. Her desire is to help guide others in navigating through life’s difficulties so they can become the best version of themselves.
